How to contact us

If you would like to come in and see us please go to the ground floor reception in the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square. A member of staff will help you with any information or booklets you require about our services. Translation services can be arranged if you need them.

We are open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and until 4pm on Friday. You can call us on 023 9283 4334 or fax us on 023 9283 4660.

View the draft Portsmouth Plan (Portsmouth's Core Strategy) - send us your comments on Portsmouth's draft Core Strategy and the draft Tall Buildings SPD by 6 October 2008. 

We have new pre-planning application procedures in place. Planning applications must comply with these requirements. Failure to do so will lead to your application being determined on the basis of the information you submit without the benefit of negotiation.

The Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) has been published for advice if you need a flood risk assessment as part of your planning application.
