Shipwrights Way - Portsmouth
Last updated: 09 May 2013 10:41 UKThe new walking/cycling route along the seafront, linking Clarence and South Parade piers is now complete. It fills the missing link in the Shipwrights Way – a new 60-mile leisure path starting at Alice Holt Forest near Farnham and ending at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The Portsmouth section of the Shipwrights Way will go from the Historic Dockyard to the Hayling Ferry terminal. Most of this is already in place as a walking/cycling route.
We are now on the last section of this route. It will go from Pembroke Road to Gunwharf Road to the rear of the Garrison Church.
