Rent setting 2013/14 - have your say!
Last updated: 04 January 2013 11:45 UKWe want to know what our tenants and leaseholders think of our proposed rents and charges increases for 2013/14.
How would you suggest we average out rents where people are paying different amounts?
Would you pay an extra 1% to allow us to get new homes?
Have your say on proposed increases over the next five years.
There's more information in the centre pages of winter House Talk 2012 which will explain how the charges are set.
In the documents below, you will find a summary of the options available, and specific information depending on the type of property you live in, for instance, if you pay laundry charges.
