Our mission is to support leaders, helpers and participants by sharing knowledge, experience, and resources, in order that participants may achieve, volunteers may feel valued and The Award may flourish in the city.
The Forum meets once a term and is open to all. It has an executive committee responsible for organising presentation events, steering support projects and managing funds. The members of the committee are currently:

- Chair: Harry Wilkinson
- Secretary: Peter Turnill (Actining)
- Treasurer: Pam Brown
- Member: Albert Jewitt
- Member: Peter Bolton
- Member: Angela Fisher
- Award Officer: Sophie Payne
With the exception of the Award Officer, a new committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting. Should you wish to contact any off the committee you can do this through the Awards Office.
The next AGM and Forum meeting is in February 2012
Forum meeting will be on Monday 31st October 2011, 5pm at Portsmouth College
