Planning Obligations SPD
This SPD, adopted on 8 September 2008, updates existing guidance on the likely type and level of financial contributions and other planning obligations that we will seek from developers when planning permission is granted.
Copies are available for inspection at the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square during normal office hours (Monday–Thursday 8.30–17.00, and Friday 8.30-16.00).
The Planning Obligations Calculator, which can be accessed below, can be used to work out the level of contribution that may be required from a development.
