Late representations

Our policy with regard to late representations is:

• any representation made after the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the relevant Notice to Owner was served may be disregarded
• with regard to representations received after the end of the specified period, they will not be disregarded if evidence can be shown, for example a postmark, that they were made during the period

In other words, your appeal must be written and sent within the 28 days period otherwise it may be disregarded.
