1APP Tree works - changes 1 October 2008
Tree work applications1APP forms for trees will be introduced on 1 October 2008.
Applications submitted on or after this date not on 1APP forms will be regarded as invalid.
Before this date, a standard application form for consent to undertake works to protected trees is available from the Planning Portal, using the link under "External Links". You may make applications via their web site.
