- how it will be dealt with
- the service you can expect from our officers
We are committed to delivering a high quality planning service, whilst at the same time attempting to meet the government’s targets for deciding planning applications. These targets mean it is important to get all aspects of the process right first time.

Types of pre-application protocol
Major Planning Applications (10 dwellings or more or 1,000sqm of commercial floor space)Minor Planning Applications (less than 10 dwellings and change of use)
Minor Planning Applications (householder applications)
