Recycle in School

As the rubbish collection service and the Pompey Recycling Scheme are available to households only, schools need to arrange a rubbish and recycling service themselves with a private contractor.

Paper and Card
Veolia Environmental offer a paper and card recycling scheme for schools and will supply you with a 1100 litre wheeled bin. Aluminum Cans
Alupro (0845 722 7722) and Alcan (023 9237 6767) collect aluminium from schools for recycling; they pay approximately 30p for every 60 cans collected.

Printer Cartridges
