School library training courses
A range of training courses is offered to schools, for example:- Library and research skills

For staff new to running primary school libraries there is a well developed package of training support:
Day to day Management of the Primary School Library
This covers core school library activity: how to ensure good value for money when selecting stock, how to manage a book stock, how to organise books etc. This is run every term:

- 21st May 2009
Moving your Primary School Library Forward
This covers all the management aspects of the school library, namely policy generation, development planning, self evaluation and advocacy. This is run every term:
- 16th October 2008
- 12th February 2009
- 11th June 2009
