PCC Gender Scheme 2007-10

To meet these duties Portsmouth City Council has published its first Gender Equality Scheme and associated action plan.  The scheme has been developed after consultation with staff, partners, residents, community groups and service users with the aim to truly reflect the real needs of all women, men and trans people.

The scheme is a live document that will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis. For it to reflect true needs, it is important that the scheme and action plan develops and grows through feedback and ideas from staff and the community.
