Easy-in, easy-out terms - how to rent space from us
We'v made it really easy for you to rent space from us and also when it's time to move on.
Easy-in
- Sign a monthly licence agreement
- Pay a deposit equal to one month's rent and the first month's rent
- Complete a direct debit mandate and customer questionnaire for future rent and charges
- Furnish the unit to your own requirements and arrange for a telephone to be connected
Easy-out
When your business has expanded and you're ready to move on, the licence agreement can be terminated by simply giving one month's written notice. As long as the unit is left in good condition you'll get your deposit back.
