Victory Business Centre

The centre is situated close to the centre of Portsmouth with excellent public transport links.
There are 78 units in total and the sizes range from 120 to 1,188 sq ft. All units are let on an easy-in, easy-out licence agreement.
The licence fee includes:
- repair and maintenance
- 24 hour CCTV coverage
- disposal of waste generated on site
- 24 hour access
- building insurance
- background heating
- passenger and goods lift
- communal loading bays
- postal delivery and collection
- free car parking
The only additional charges that you will have to pay are for electricity (which is metered) and business rates*, both are billed by us monthly.
There is also a conference room available and secretarial services, such as typing, photocopying and fax facilities, all provided for a small charge.
*Small business rate relief is available on application and subject to certain conditions
