Portsmouth Enterprise Centre

It is a single storey building and there are 36 units in total and the sizes range from 359 sq ft to 1,427 sq ft. All units are let on a monthly easy-in, easy-out licence agreement.
There is ample car parking space and the building is sited to take maximum advantage of the road and rail links.
The licence fee includes:
- water rates
- repair and maintenance
- 24 hour CCTV coverage
- disposal of waste generated on site
- 24 hour access
- building insurance
- postal delivery and collection
- free car parking
- background heating
The only additional charges that you will have to pay are for electricity (which is metered) and business rates*, both are billed by us monthly.
There is also a conference room available and secretarial services, such as typing, photocopying and fax facilities, all provided for a small charge.
*Small business rate relief is available on application and subject to certain conditions
