Challenge Enterprise Centre
Last updated: 05 February 2010 12:51 UKThe Challenge Enterprise Centre was built in 1996 and consists of 25 units ranging from 370 to 740 sq ft, so whatever business you are in (excluding motor trade and retail) we are sure we have the premises to meet your requirements.
All units are let on a monthly easy-in, easy-out licence agreement.
The licence fee includes:
- water rates
- repair and maintenance
- 24 hour CCTV coverage
- disposal of waste generated on site
- 24 hour access
- building insurance
- postal delivery and collection
- free car parking
The only additional charges that you will have to pay are for electricity (which is metered) and business rates*, both are billed by us monthly.
There is also a conference room available and secretarial services, such as typing, photocopying and fax facilities, all provided for a small charge.
*Small business rate relief is available on application and subject to certain conditions
