Banks and insurance companies
The Financial Ombudman Service are the consumer watchdog for financial services. They can deal with complaints about banks, building societies, credit cards, insurance companies and many other things invloving financial services.

Consumer Focus
Consumer Focus was created through the merger of three consumer organisations – energywatch, Postwatch and the National Consumer Council (including the Welsh and Scottish Consumer Councils). It is well-resourced to campaign on the issues that matter most to consumers.
