Enforcement Concordat
In July 1998 Portsmouth City Council adopted the Enforcement Concordat drawn up by the Cabinet Office and the Local Government Association. The Concordat aimed to achieve consistency of good enforcement across all Local Authority Regulatory Services and outlined the broad principles which all Local Authorities should follow to achieve this.
