Portsmouth Open 4 Business

Open 4 Business is a funding and support website for businesses and social enterprises.  This portal has been funded by the City Council to provide you with comprehensive coverage of government and EU funding opportunities in the Portsmouth area, including grants, loans, awards, tax credits and venture capital schemes.
