CIBAS is a Business Advisory Service dedicated to supporting artists, designers/makers, musicians, performers and writers based in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire.

You can meet with a specialist creative business advisor to:
* discuss your ideas and plans for setting up your creative practice
* identify and focus your priorities
* create an action plan
* get help to create and sustain a successful business
* get advice and support through a creative or business mentor
* find out about training and networking events.

Cafe Artistique

Cafe Artistique has been developed by Axis - the online resource for contemporary art, and is presented in Portsmouth by CIBAS and Portsmouth City Council's Arts and Cultural Development Service.
