Food Hygiene Training
It is a legal requirement that proprietors of food businesses ensure that anyone working with food is supervised, instructed and/or trained appropriate to their work activity. The training should be relevant to the job of the individual and the types of food being handled, for example, a chef will need more training than staff handling low risk wrapped foods.Should you require more information on training that is suitable for you and your staff please contact the City Helpdesk on 023 9283 4253 or by email: cityhelpdesk@portsmouthcc.gov.uk
