Food Hygiene Training

It is a legal requirement that proprietors of food businesses ensure that anyone working with food is supervised, instructed and/or trained appropriate to their work activity.  The training should be relevant to the job of the individual and the types of food being handled, for example, a chef will need more training than staff handling low risk wrapped foods.
