Employees
If you are facing redundancy, firstly make sure you apply to claim Jobseekers Allowance.
You can apply for Jobseeker's Allowance over the phone: 0800 055 6688 or online.
If you have been made redundant and would like to gain work experience in a new area, contact the Regeneration Team at regeneration@portsmouthcc.gov.uk or alternatively, please call on 023 9268 8542 or 023 9284 1501.
If you would like an Information, Advice and Guidance(IAG) Interview contact Pride in Pompey on 023 9229 8288.
Employers
If you are an employer facing the task of making redundancies, please contact Linda Taylor, Employment Initiatives Manager at Portsmouth City Council on 023 9284 1501 for advice and support.
