Support for Voluntary & Community Organisations and Social Enterprises
Last updated: 28 June 2012 10:47 UKFrom the 1st July 2012, Working on behalf of Portsmouth City Council, Community Action Hampshire is branching out with Community Action in Portsmouth – providing the diverse organisations and groups in the city with high quality and accessible support to help them strengthen and thrive.
Community Action in Portsmouth will be facilitating Voluntary and Community Sector networks to ensure the ‘voice’ of the sector from grassroots up can effectively inform, engage and lobby on behalf of the sector. Very importantly, organisations and groups will benefit from high quality news and information; flexible outreach support; training; and signposting to specialist resources on a range of issues including funding, HR and good governance, plus everything in between.
