Ten winners will receive access to a £10,000 service support fund. They will also get an opportunity to enrol free on a six-month business support programme worth £1500.
Winners will be enrolled on a six-month business support programme that will provide them with an opportunity to meet like-minded business owners and discuss the issues facing their businesses, and they will receive input from entrepreneurial experts. Participants will leave the programme with a plan of action to overcome the obstacles that they have identified as hindering business growth. Those who will have completed the course will be awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Enterprise and Innovation in recognition of their work.
Throughout the business support programme business owners will be able to access a shared £10,000 fund to pay for the intelligent resources (normally undergraduates/graduates) to support the implementation of a business development strategy.
