Co-ordinators' info sessions

- opportunity for co-ordinators, new and old, to come along and to find out what is involved in running the event
- the event evolves from year to year this is a chance for old hands to find out what has changed
- a chance to find out if your organisation should take part
- collect publicity material including leaflets, posters and vouchers for discounted travel
- meet representatives from the bus companies and collect timetables
- learn from others who have taken part before
Session will be held on:
- Thursday 25 February, 9.30am start
- Friday 26 February, 9.30am start
Please note that your organisation will only need to attend one of the sessions.
