Co-ordinators' info sessions

Information sessions will be held in February:

• opportunity for co-ordinators, new and old, to come along and to find out what is involved in running the event
• the event evolves from year to year this is a chance for old hands to find out what has changed
• a chance to find out if your organisation should take part
• collect publicity material including leaflets, posters and vouchers for discounted travel
• meet  representatives from the bus companies and collect timetables
• learn from others who have taken part before

Session will be held on:

• Thursday 25 February, 9.30am start
• Friday 26 February, 9.30am start

Please note that your organisation will only need to attend one of the sessions.
