Angling
The moat at Hilsea lines is now divided into 4 separate areas, two moats being fresh water, which has natural vegetation on both sides and provides suitably screened fishing swims for Portsmouth and District Angling Society. The Society rent these moats from us and are also responsible for maintainence and stock control.Directorate of Economy, Culture and Community Safety
