The Register of Electors is a form which lists all those people who reside in a particular property, and who are eligible to vote. The Register of Electors form is sent to all householders throughout Britain and completed yearly . If you are not on the electoral register you will be unable to vote. It is important to remember that to vote in an election your name must be included in the register.
