House Numbering

Street  naming and numbering is carried out under statute by us as your local authority under the Towns Improvement Act 1847 and Public Health Act 1925. The Towns Improvememt Act tells occupiers of houses and other buildings to mark their building with numbers ( as approved) and renew them as often as they become obliterated or defaced.
