Flagship is Portsmouth City Council’s magazine for residents.

It's an essential read for all residents and businesses, with a wide range of useful information about what’s happening locally. Packed with news, features and articles about the city, each edition includes a handy 'out and about' guide as well an A-Z of city council services.

Flagship is delivered free to 90,413 homes and 4,697 businesses in Portsmouth. It's also available at libraries, council buildings and online. The magazine is delivered five times a year by Royal Mail. It's printed locally using vegetable inks, so when you've finished with it please recycle your copy.
