Adult social care

We support vulnerable adults of all ages, from all communities. We help people with physical or learning disabilities, those with dementia and other problems associated with growing older, as well as those who have a loss of sight or hearing. Working with the NHS, we arrange support for people who have mental health problems, issues with substance misuse and those with HIV/AIDS.
